YES!! We offer FREE parking for our residents who have a registered vehicle on file!!
We also have Visitor parking for convenience of our residents’ guests!
Do you allow pets?
YES!! Better yet, we do NOT have a monthly pet fee!! There is a one-time pet fee only!
Do you have onsite laundry?
YES! We have onsite laundry conveniently located around our properties on campus!
Do you have a maintenance staff?
Yes! We pride ourselves on having the best maintenance staff around!! 24/7 online access to submit maintenance requests as well as 24/7 Emergency Maintenance!
What are your lease term options?
All of our leases run August-July, if you need a different option please reach out as we may be able to facilitate different options dependent on need.
Do you offer short term leases?
Unfortunately, we do not offer short term leases. All of our lease terms are August-July.
What forms of payments to do accept?
All of our business is 100% online! This offers the ease of all payments, work order requests, document signings, and all other communications being right under your fingertips!!
Are co-signers required?
This is a case-by-case situation! We have a co-signer form on our website under forms!
What is your utility set up? Providers?
Each property has their own set up, under each property it will say if there is a “flat water/sewer fee” or if you put these services in your name! Your lease will outline the utilities you are responsible for under the Utilities section. Electric is not included and the Waller Avenue Properties have gas. You can use whichever cable/internet provider you wish to use; most residents use MetroNet!

Is my ledger showing just my amount due or the whole unit?
All ledgers are joint ledgers, therefore all roommates share an account and will always be able to see the full amounts due on the account!
Is your lease a joint lease?
Yes, our leases are joint leases and each party signs the same lease!
How do move ins work? Where do I get my keys?
Once your unit is ready we will reach out and let you know the unit is ready for move in. At this time we will send more instructions on receiving the keys and parking pass information!
Can I move in early?
Unfortunately the turn over volume this time a year is very high and we are not able to accommodate early move ins at request! Please pay attention to the lease start date on your lease documents!! IF your apartment is ready early we will reach out and offer you an earlier move in!
What is I need to measure my unit for furniture or exact layout?
During this busy time we cannot accommodate people access to apartments for this. We have a period of time before applications and lease signings where tours of certain units are offered. We also have photos and layouts on our websites for some general ideas; please note, some layouts differ from the layouts online.
