These are the most conveniently located apartments for UK students. I’ve been with them for a couple years now and have no complaints. The manager is super quick to respond to emails and the maintenance men are awesome. I looked all around for a safe and reasonably priced place close to campus and these apartments fit all of those aspects.

Love this community! Ashley & her team are amazing and super attentive to your needs. Not sure why the previous reviews say otherwise cause that has not been my experience while living here. If I could, I’d give the community 10 stars of how amazing they are.

Moved my daughter out to relocate out of state but our experience was great with MVP! Very attentive management. Work orders completed quickly, processes are all very simple! Great price for the location! Will recommend to any student/parent needing a good location!

My son lived at 178 Leader while a student at UK. I could not have been happier with the management. Communication before, during and after his lease was always prompt and helpful. The apartment was well cared for and exactly as expected. The location was perfect for him to attend classes. The building was quiet and not a party spot. Highly recommend and if we would absolutely rent from them again. Upon moving out, they were very fair and thE security deposit was returned as appropriate.

I’m at the 330 Rose Street location. Very affordable and very close to campus. Speedy maintenance responses and assigned parking. Exactly what I was looking for!

Fantastic location at a great price. Matt and Ashley have been absolutely wonderful every step of the way; very professional and personable. I am currently in the process of moving out of 805 Press Ave only because I am getting married in a few months. I highly recommend you take a long look at their properties.

I’ve lives with BRP for the last 2 years in 805 Press, 135 Transcript and will be leasing with them again this fall. I have loved living there so much to the point where I am nervous to live with another landlord. The apartments are old but they are starting upgrade (ie- new flooring). Apartments are super affordable, free parking, and Maintence who comes pretty much whenever needed. It is very easy to get in to touch with Ashley and she does what she can to help make your living experience great. Overall, I highly recommend them and wouldn’t look elsewhere.

Lived here for 4 years, no regrets. After my first year they ripped out the carpet and put in wood like floors which look great! Great price, right across the street from the hospital! Ashley was very easy to work with and helped me arrange sublease agreements while I was away during my 4th year of med school which was super helpful for me financially.

I rented through Bluegrass Rental for two years as a graduate student. It would have been three if I had not accepted a job elsewhere.

You could not ask for a better property manager than Ashley! She is an exceptional communicator and ensures that anything and everything is handled in a timely manner. And the maintenance technicians are kind, prompt, and professional.

Lexington is going through a housing squeeze like everywhere else. It is nice to know that there are still businesses like Bluegrass Rental that offer excellent housing with great service at a reasonable rate. Could not recommend more!

Five sincere stars to Ashley and Bluegrass Rentals! Long story short, my daughter signed a lease with another company for next year whose parking situation was a disaster. She has a car and they literally didn’t have a spot for her. We needed something close to the medical center on South Limestone and everything was sold out or unavailable. Other places I contacted didn’t even bother to call me back or responded with an automated message that wasn’t helpful. Then, thankfully, I found Ashley at Bluegrass Rental Properties – UKMVP! She listened to my concern, was super understanding and responsive, and was able to secure a spot for my daughter for next year .. all through text and email in about 48 hours. While we just needed a parking spot this time, they also have nice, clean, safe apartments. So, you can be sure my daughter and I will be checking them out for future living arrangements. My highest recommendation to Ashley and Bluegrass. If you need an apartment or parking spot, call them first! Call them now and ask for Ashley! Before they sell out!
