Welcome to our website! Bluegrass Rental Properties, started by Matt Jones in 2002, owns and manages 243 rental units (1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments) around the University of Kentucky campus and 21 single-family homes throughout Lexington. We have proudly served the housing needs of UK students for over 17 years. We take great pride in our properties and have a professional and dedicated maintenance staff that insures the needs of our residents are met in a timely and courteous manner.
